• MoCRA facility registration

  Every facility that manufactures or processes the product is registered with FDA.

• MoCRA product listing

  Each product is listed with FDA, including ingredients, and updated annually.

• Safety substantiation file

  Test data and records supporting that the product is adequately substantiated, kept on file.

• Adverse event process

  A US contact on the label and a process to report serious adverse events within 15 business days.

• PFAS review

  Supplier documentation and finished-product screening against state PFAS laws where you sell.

• Label review

  Appearance-only claims, INCI order, net contents, PAO symbol, batch code, US contact.
